If you went to a separate computer, there is a good chance your login would be successful. The DOD CA-XX (no EMAIL) certs don't seem to have the issue. This appears to be a common issue with the DOD EMAIL CA-XX certificates. The issue is that it repeatedly asks for your CAC pin. If you have a CAC and have already gone through the process of submitting your certificate for access to the eMC², you may have run into an issue when you attempt to log into the site.
